Do you ship to my country?
  PLEASE NOTE: The US Post is raising rates regularly, sometimes drastically, please contact for current rates to your country.
Australia, England, Canada, Japan, Germany and Mexico are now set up on the web site and may order directly, all other countries see below. Note that the maximum insurance available in any one shipment to any of the above is $5,000.00US, up to $400.00 is included in the flat rate shipping or free shipping to that country, extra value insurance will be calculated and emailed to you for your approval. And also remember NO customs, VAT or any other taxes or fees are included, you are responsible for those. These rates are based on your shipment fitting into a small flat rate box from the US postal service, some turquoise specimens may not fit into that container and fees will be higher, please contact us for those rates.
Free Priority Air Mail shipping for England, Canada, Mexico, Germany and Japan is available after your order totals $350.00US or higher, delivery in 10-30 days average, depends on location. Australia free shipping by Priority Express on orders over 450.00.
Flat rate shipping for England, Canada, Mexico, Germany and Japan is currently $44.85 (subject to change), shipping is by Priority Air Mail. To other countries most likely, YES !! IF you can receive United States Mail, However to place an international order please call or email us for shipping rates and payment, most international shipping, such as France and Italy are $49.99 which includes up to $400.00 insurance. This shipping is for a small US Postal Service Priority Air Mail box.

Note that we normally only accept PayPal for payment and that we will only ship to the PayPal verified address.

We do NOT attempt to calculate any taxes, fees or duties that your country may impose upon your order.

What are my payment choices?
1. Paypal is the preferred method for international payment.
Products are shipped after funds have been fully transferred to our business account. Usually to 1-3 business days
After your approval we will send a payment request through PayPal for your order. Note (again) that we do not charge any VAT, taxes, surcharges customs or any other fee that YOUR country imposes on this order, for those charges contact your local authorities.

2. Postal money order or certified bank cashiers check.
(products are held until M/O or check clears our bank.)

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping and insurance charges will be quoted to you via email prior to your order being accepted. All free international shipping is by US Priority Air Mail, all other international shipping is by First Class mail. Most international shipping takes from 10 to 15 days average to arrive. We ship orders after payment has been accepted by PayPal and credited to our account, usually 2-3 business days. We track all orders (if available) and that tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returning Your Order

Please follow these steps to return your turquoise item(s):

  1. Contact Customer Service before returning any item. (208-549-7135)

  2. Returns must ship by USPS Priority Mail with Tracking/Delivery Confirmation. Retain the tracking number for your records. We recommend the package be insured for the amount of the items. Include the following in your returned package: your item(s), original packing materials, and original invoice.

    We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Do not write "Jewelry or Turquoise" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

  3. After we receive your package, we will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s).

  1. A refund will be issued within 7 business days after the return has been received and accepted. All refunds will be issued through PayPal. Refunds will reflect a 15% restocking fee. No returns on Lot items unless all the cabs in that lot are returned and all in original condition.

    If you wish to exchange a product instead, you will receive a store credit of the product amount, less the original shipping charges (if any).

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

  • Customer Service must authorize all returns. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • The original invoice must accompany the returned item.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. No lot items are returnable unless the entire lot is returned.

  • Items that have been damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
    Note that natural turquoise is fragile and is subject to damage from many chemicals, oils and abuse, it is very much like opal in that regard. Please treat it accordingly and it will last a long time.
